Alex Brown, a senior at Heritage Christian Academy (Colorado), has announced his intention to attend °¼Í¹ÊÓƵand join the Defender basketball program.

Brown is a 6-5 center who averaged 10.6 points per game with 12.5 rebounds per contest. He served as his team's captain and was an academic all-state selection along with being named all-conference honorable mention.

Alex is the son of Dale and Valerie Brown of Fort Collins, Colorado. He plans to study Mechanical Engineering.

°¼Í¹ÊÓƵ in Sioux Center, Iowa, is a comprehensive Christian university rooted in the Reformed tradition. The Defender athletic program is a part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC).
