
Ƶsenior art exhibit looks “Inside Out”
“Inside Out,” a senior art exhibit by art major Annika Terpstra, will be on display in the Campus Center Art Gallery at Ƶ April 26 – May 10. An artist reception will be held on Thursday, May 9 at 5-6 p.m.

The Choral Ensembles Spring Concert on May 3 will feature four of the ƵChoral Ensembles:
Repertoire will draw from a wide range of styles and centuries. Bella Voce is conducted by Professor of Music Dr. Carrie Groenewold, Canons of Ƶby Music Assistant Adjunct Tim Van Voorst, and Chorale and Concert Choir by Professor of Music Dr. Ryan Smit. The concert and a PDF program will also be available on livestream at dordt.edu/live-events.
On May 4, the Campus-Community Band will open with works from a diverse cross section of old and new wind band works. The Chamber Orchestra will then perform one of the most highly respected works from American composer Aaron Copland titled "Appalachian Spring."
Following this concert, the Wind Symphony will present their Iowa Bandmasters Association Preview Concert on May 4. The Ƶ Wind Symphony was selected by blind peer review to perform as the invited college wind band for the 2024 Iowa Bandmasters Association Conference on May 11 in Des Moines. The May 4 concert will include all the music the Wind Symphony will perform in Des Moines, including a featured solo by Professor Pam De Haan on James Stephenson’s newly written "Concerto for Saxophone and Wind Ensemble." The concerts will also be available on livestream at dordt.edu/live-events.
